All Apps
All Apps
The full inventory of apps, including ones currently switched off.
What it is
All Apps is the add-and-remove-programs view: every app in your workspace, in or out of the drawer, with a count line telling you how many there are and how many are currently in your drawer.
Where to find it
Tap the handle bar at the bottom of the screen to open your App Drawer, then search for “All Apps”.
How to use it
Search from the header or the list. Filter by whether an app is in your drawer, hidden, live, or switched off for this release; sort by name, by location, or by most recently updated. Tap a row to expand it for the real detail — description, where it lives, its context, its drawer and gate state, and its id — with Open app and Details right there. The switch on each row moves the app in and out of your App Drawer, and long-press gives you the same actions plus Edit and Chat with Poly.
Use cases
Confirm whether an app you remember still exists. Clear clutter out of the drawer without deleting anything. Find an app whose name you have forgotten but whose project you remember. Check why something is not showing up.
Gotchas
Hiding an app only removes it from the App Drawer — the app and everything in it are untouched, and the same switch brings it back.
Apps switched off for this release stay listed with a "Gated off" badge rather than vanishing, and can still be opened from here. That is deliberate: you should be able to see that something exists even when it is not being offered yet.
The per-app usage stats on this screen are marked "Coming soon" and show nothing. That is accurate — that telemetry is not collected yet.
