Notes

Notes

Quick, unstructured notes.

What it is

Notes is the lightweight writing surface: short, unstructured notes that are quick to create and easy to scan. Use it for thoughts, lists and fragments that do not need the structure of a full page.

Where to find it

Tap the handle bar at the bottom of the screen to open your App Drawer, then search for “Notes”.

How to use it

Create a note, type, done. Notes are ordinary resources, so Poly can read them, search them and act on them like anything else in your workspace. A note can become source material for a page, a deed, a tracker or a conversation later.

Use cases

Capture a thought before it evaporates. Keep a running scratchpad Poly can consult later. Jot down the messy version of something before deciding whether it deserves a proper Page.

Gotchas

For anything long, formatted or meant to be published, Pages is the better home — see Pages. Notes are intentionally plain; do not expect document chrome, folder-level publishing controls, or rich layout tools here.
