Workflow Studio
Workflow Studio
Compose larger multi-step processes.
What it is
Workflow Studio composes larger multi-step processes out of smaller automations and capabilities. It is for flows that need branching, inspection and reuse rather than one short trigger-action deed.
Where to find it
Open the App Drawer and look under Studios. The resting drawer shows only the studios you have pinned, so if you do not see Workflow Studio there, type its name into the drawer search — every available studio is reachable that way.
How to use it
Lay out the steps, connect them, and give each step a job that can be inspected on its own. Use it when a single deed has grown too large to reason about or when several apps need to hand work to each other.
Use cases
A multi-stage process with branches. Chaining several capabilities into one repeatable operation. Splitting a business process into readable steps instead of hiding it inside one script.
Gotchas
A workflow can call things that spend credits or reach outside services. Check each step, not just the workflow title, before running it unattended.
