Video Studio
Video Studio
Trim, split and caption video on a timeline.
What it is
Video Studio edits video: import, trim, split, and add text overlays on a timeline. It is for media assets you want to keep or share from inside Adhoc.
Where to find it
Open the App Drawer and look under Studios. The resting drawer shows only the studios you have pinned, so if you do not see Video Studio there, type its name into the drawer search — every available studio is reachable that way.
How to use it
Import a clip — including one you just captured — and work on the timeline. Export when done, then reuse the resulting asset from Library or Gallery.
Use cases
Trimming a long recording down to the useful part. Adding a caption before sharing. Preparing source video before pulling frames into GIF Studio.
Gotchas
Gallery does not generate poster thumbnails for videos yet. A saved video can be valid even when its tile is plain rather than showing a still frame. Keep the title useful, because that may be the only scannable clue in the Videos tab.
