Workouts

Workouts

Plan workouts, log sessions, and see what you are actually training.

What it is

Plan workouts, log the sessions you actually did, and see which muscles you are genuinely training rather than which ones you meant to.

Where to find it

Workouts is installable from the public Index as @Adhoc content; the LifeOS suite was published there on 2026-08-19. Open the Index, find Workouts in the catalogue, preview it, and install it — it then appears in your App Drawer like any other app. Some alpha workspaces also have it pre-seeded, so if Workouts is already in your drawer you do not need to install it again.

How to use it

Build or install a plan, log a session as you go, and read the coverage view afterwards. Sessions carry dates, so they also show up on your Agenda. The app is generic when installed: personalize exercises, units and routines after it lands in your workspace.

Use cases

Following a programme without a spreadsheet. Noticing that you have skipped pulling movements for three weeks. Keeping planned sessions and actual set logs in the same app instead of reconciling them later.

Gotchas

Exercise and session rows link by ids, not by just matching names. If a copied row looks disconnected, open the relevant workout or session and repair the link rather than renaming things until they appear to match.
