Gallery
Gallery
The dedicated home for photos and video — currently in development.
What it is
Gallery is the home for your pictures and video: a browsable, organised view of the media in your workspace. Library is the file cabinet for every kind of asset; Gallery is the album. It is not a second copy of anything — it is a view over the same media, so anything you capture shows up here without being imported.
Where to find it
Tap the handle bar at the bottom of the screen to open your App Drawer, then search for “Gallery”.
How to use it
Four tabs: All, Photos, Videos and Albums. Tap any tile to open it full-screen, where you can swipe between neighbours and reach edit, share, duplicate and delete. Edit opens the right editor for what you tapped — Image Studio for a photo, GIF Studio for a loop, Video Studio for a clip.
Albums are ordinary folders. Filing a photo into an album does not remove it from Photos or All, so you can group things without losing them. Anything you capture from the drawer handle appears here straight away.
Use cases
Reviewing what you shot today. Grouping a trip into an album. Picking a photo to attach to something else. Finding a video you know you took without remembering what you called it.
Gotchas
Videos have no thumbnails yet. Nothing on the platform generates a poster frame, so the Videos tab shows plain tiles with a kind chip and the title rather than a still. That is a known gap, not a loading failure.
Gallery is not yet part of what a brand-new workspace is created with — that wiring is still being connected. If your workspace does not have it, it is coming.
