Dashboard

Dashboard

Your home screen and the first thing you land on.

What it is

Dashboard is the everyday home screen after the first-run Start Here page has been seen. It holds your Quick Links — the apps you have pinned for one-tap access — alongside whatever panels or capsules you have arranged there.

Where to find it

Dashboard is one of your main screens. Swipe left or right to move between screens, or tap the handle bar at the bottom to open your App Drawer and pick Dashboard from there.

How to use it

Long-press an app anywhere in the App Drawer to pin it to your Dashboard. Use Dashboard for the things you want to see without hunting: a capsule from a project, a tracker, or the apps you open every day. Panels on the Dashboard are rearranged by dragging; every rearrangement is a real workspace change, not just a local view preference.

Use cases

Keep the four or five things you touch daily one tap away. Put a live view of a project, a shopping list, or a tracker where you will actually see it.

Gotchas

Dashboard shows what you put there. If it looks sparse, nothing is broken — you have not pinned anything yet, or you are in a different entity than the one where you arranged it. Quick Links are shortcuts; removing one from Dashboard does not delete the app or anything inside it.
