Confirmations

The approval queue for actions an agent wants to take.

What it is

A human-approval queue. When Poly or a deed proposes an action that should not run unsupervised, it lands here and waits for you.

Where to find it

Tap the handle bar at the bottom of the screen to open your App Drawer, then search for “Confirmations”.

How to use it

Read what is being proposed, then approve or decline. Nothing in the queue has happened yet. Follow the linked resource before approving anything with side effects, especially deletes, external calls, sharing-adjacent actions or expensive capability runs.

Use cases

Reviewing an automation the first few times before you trust it. Catching a delete you did not mean to authorise.

Gotchas

Some actions can never reach this queue because agents are refused them outright rather than asked about them — changing your consent tier is one. See What Poly will not do. A confirmation is not a guarantee that the proposal is wise; it only means the platform waited for you.
