DataLens Studio

DataLens Studio

Turn data into tables and charts.

What it is

DataLens Studio turns data into tables and charts. A lens can point at resources or a data file and save the resulting view as a reusable asset.

Where to find it

Open the App Drawer and look under Studios. The resting drawer shows only the studios you have pinned, so if you do not see DataLens Studio there, type its name into the drawer search — every available studio is reachable that way.

How to use it

Choose the source, decide whether the output is a table or chart, and save the lens so it can be placed in a page, section or app. Keep the lens close to the question it answers: one chart for one comparison is easier to trust than a giant dashboard.

Use cases

Charting a month of a tracker. Turning a spreadsheet into something you can actually read on a phone. Making LifeOS rows visible without exporting them.

Gotchas

A lens is only as fresh as its source and filters. If a chart looks wrong, inspect the underlying rows before assuming the visualizer miscalculated.
