Meals
Meals
Recipes, meal planning and meal logging in one app.
What it is
Recipes, meal planning and meal logging in one app.
Where to find it
Meals is installable from the public Index as @Adhoc content; the LifeOS suite was published there on 2026-08-19. Open the Index, find Meals in the catalogue, preview it, and install it — it then appears in your App Drawer like any other app. Some alpha workspaces also have it pre-seeded, so if Meals is already in your drawer you do not need to install it again.
How to use it
Keep recipes, plan them onto days, and log what you actually ate. Planned meals appear on the Agenda. Use it for the meal plan itself, then let Nutrition read the food log when you want targets and rollups.
Use cases
Planning a week of dinners. Keeping the recipes you actually cook somewhere you will find them again. Turning repeated meals into reusable records instead of retyping them.
Gotchas
Meals and Nutrition are separate apps on purpose: one is about what you cook, the other about what it adds up to. Changing a recipe does not automatically rewrite the history of what you logged eating before the change.
