Where to find it
Pulse Journal is installable from the public Index as @Adhoc content; the LifeOS suite was published there on 2026-08-19. Open the Index, find Pulse Journal in the catalogue, preview it, and install it — it then appears in your App Drawer like any other app. Some alpha workspaces also have it pre-seeded, so if Pulse Journal is already in your drawer you do not need to install it again.
How to use it
Read it like a log. It is the place to look when you want to know why an automation reached the conclusion it did. Use it beside Activity Log: Pulse Journal explains the heartbeat narrative, while Activity Log shows concrete commands.
Use cases
Understanding why your briefing said what it said. Reviewing a week of automated activity in one pass. Spotting that an automation is noisy, stale or looking at the wrong inputs.
Gotchas
Pulse Journal records heartbeat decisions; it is not the authoritative rollback tool. If you need to undo a change, use the app or studio that owns the changed resource.
