Exchange
Exchange
The social surface — feeds, notifications and groups.
What it is
Exchange is the social side of the platform. It brings together the timeline, For You, notifications, groups and topic feeds: the public and semi-public activity around things people publish, react to or discuss.
Where to find it
Exchange is one of your main screens. Swipe left or right to move between screens, or tap the handle bar at the bottom to open your App Drawer and pick Exchange from there.
How to use it
Read the timeline when you want the broad feed, switch to For You for ranked items, follow topics when you want a narrower stream, and use Notifications for mentions, reactions and share activity. If you publish something to the Index, Exchange is one of the places you check for what happened around it.
Use cases
Follow platform announcements. See activity on things you published. Notice when somebody reacts to a shared item or when a topic you care about starts moving.
Gotchas
Exchange is deliberately content-limited during alpha. The creator and revenue-sharing features are gated behind the Creator plan, which is not something you can buy during alpha, so they are effectively off for everyone. Expect a quiet feed — that is the current configuration, not a fault.
