What it is

Knowledge Studio authors and organises knowledge assets — the reference material Poly can ground its answers in.

Where to find it

Open the App Drawer and look under Studios. The resting drawer shows only the studios you have pinned, so if you do not see Knowledge Studio there, type its name into the drawer search — every available studio is reachable that way.

How to use it

Create knowledge assets, organise them, and connect them to the things they are about.

Use cases

Building a reference base Poly can quote from. Keeping domain knowledge somewhere structured rather than in scattered notes.

Gotchas

Knowledge documents are reference material, not private shares. If you need to send something to a person or publish it, use the sharing or Index path explicitly. Do not assume adding a doc here changes who can read it. Keep source titles specific so Poly can cite the right thing, and remove stale references instead of letting them compete with current docs later.
